For Congress, 12th District: Carolyn B. Maloney

Congresswoman Carolyn B. Maloney has served as the congressional representative for the Upper East Side, Yorkville, and Roosevelt Island for over twenty years.  First elected in 1992, Congresswoman Maloney has been a strong advocate for progressive values and issues in Washington.  She has worked alongside President Obama, former Speaker Pelosi, and other congressional Democrats to help pass the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act, the Affordable Care Act, the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act, as well as many other important pieces of legislation.

The club worked to secure Congresswoman Maloney a place on the primary ballot, for which she received no challengers, and is looking forward to helping her successfully campaign for a 12th term in office this November!
